Our state certified and accredited rural appraisers specialize in appraising agricultural and rural properties. We know and understand your business and can provide you with the information you need, when you need it.

Our appraisers specialize in appraising rural properties. They have a thorough understanding of the appraisal process through their education, training and numerous years of agricultural appraisal experience.

Appraisal reports
Our appraisal reports are presented in a format that conforms to industry standards, state law, as well as to the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practices (USPAP).

State certified
Our appraisers are state certified and are affiliated with the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers (ASFM&RA), as Accredited Rural Appraisers (ARA) or candidate members.

Competitive fees
Appraisal fees are determined on a case-by-case basis. You will work with a Farm Credit appraiser to determine costs based on your unique appraisal report and requirements. Our fees are competitive with the marketplace

Confidentiality
At Farm Credit your appraisal report remains confidential. All of the information and data gathered by our appraisal department remains separate from our lending division.
