  • ProFarmer. An entry point to the performer services including Agway (news), Cashmaster, AgCast and other commodity tracking and advice products.

  • Center for Dairy Research. The University of Wisconsin-Madison provides information on their technical resources, courses and events. You can also access their newsletter.
  • dairy.com. The first business-to-business online vertical exchange focused specifically on serving the entire U.S. dairy industry. Dairy.com is an independent, neutral e-market whose services and tools are open to all dairy industry participants.
  • Dairy Today. Dairy and specialized ag news, analysis, markets and discussions.
  • Hoard's Dairyman. A collection of dairy market information and products. Even a bookstore and dairy quizzes for producers and kids.

Forage

  • Arizona Forage Producers. Their objectives are to promote interests of Arizona forage producers, facilitate communication among growers, define educational needs, provide information on markets and their development and to support research.

Livestock

  • Internet Livestock Market. Collection of online auctions for livestock and equipment plus links to various markets and news.
  • National Cattlemen's Beef Association. A range of beef-related topics from the kitchen to business side. Also an extensive library and links to other beef organizations.

  • Chicago Board of Trade. An array of market information and government reports in addition to the site's extensive collection of historical CBOT data, current news and views (some available via audio) and publications.
  • Chicago Mercantile Exchange. Extensive information on products, news, educational resources (including online courses), a trader's corner and a list of member firms. Also current and historical price information.
  • Kansas City Board of Trade. A comprehensive site for their traded products, including interactive charting and simulated trading program.
  • New York Board of Trade. Charts, quotes, extensive market information, educational resources and a collection of "live-on-the-Web" audio seminars.
  • New York Stock Exchange. Extensive information on the exchange and how it operates complements a data library, research papers, quotes, an open press room and information on Exchange members and regulations.
  • Stock Quotes. This is Quicken.com's Investing site, a one-stop-shopping site for stock quotes, charts, analysis and news. The site also provides tools to help you find, evaluate and track investments and financial planning tools.

  • Farm Credit Administration. Information on the Farm Credit System and FCA's role in its regulation and examination.
  • Farm Credit Council. Extensive background and news releases on the economy (both domestic and global), current market information, research and links to agricultural and financial sites.
  • Federal Farm Credit Banks Funding Corp. (The fiscal agent for Farm Credit securities.) Background on the Farm Credit System and its securities along with publications, historical information and various calculations.
  • www.fcleasing.com. Farm Credit Leasing underwrites Farm Credit Services Southwest's equipment, vehicle and building leases. Learn more about the largest leasing company exclusively serving agricultural and rural America. This site also lists used equipment for sale.
  • U.S. AgBank
    U.S. AgBank, FCB, is part of the Farm Credit System, a nationwide network of borrower-owned lending institutions and specialized service organizations. U.S. AgBank, FCB serves Farm Credit Associations in Arizona, California, Hawaii, Nevada, Utah, Idaho, Kansas, Colorado, Oklahoma, and New Mexico. It participates with other Farm Credit Banks in the sale of Farm Credit securities, channeling these funds to the Association to finance agriculture and rural America.

  • USDA Disaster Assistance - This FSA site provides information about the Agricultural Assistance Act of 2003. Frequently asked questions, important dates and program information are included along with a Crop Disaster Program calculator.
  • Agricultural Marketing Service. A portal to AMS's commodity divisions (cotton, dairy, fruit and vegetable, livestock and seed, poultry and tobacco). Information on the science and technology and transportation and marketing division are here. Also information on direct marketing, farmers markets, food purchases, market news and more.
  • Census Bureau. Vast repository of information on population, businesses, foreign trade, projections, maps and interactive research tools
  • National Agricultural Statistics Services (NASS) - a wealth of current and historical data and analysis of ag business and methods in their covered territories. You can also subscribe to a wide variety of email delivered reports.

  • National Research Service. Economic Research Service of USDA offers recent reports, data products and a large collection of publications.
